Cold storage FAQs
What sizes of cold room and walk-in chiller can you build?
From a small restaurant back-of-house walk-in to large industrial meat and produce stores. Each room is built from modular insulated panels to your floor plan, ceiling height and temperature requirement.
How cold can your freezer rooms go?
Down to about -40°C for blast freezing and long-term frozen storage of meat, seafood and processed food. Chiller rooms typically run between 0°C and +8°C.
Do you supply the refrigeration plant and install it too?
Yes. We handle the complete job — site survey, cooling-load calculation, panel fabrication, condensing and evaporator units, electricals and commissioning — as one contract.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC) covering scheduled servicing, refrigerant top-up and emergency breakdown support.
Can you build refrigerated truck and van bodies?
Yes. We fabricate insulated van and truck bodies with matched refrigeration units for cold-chain delivery.
