This Privacy Policy explains how Rakers Engineering, a brand of Al-Biladh Enterprises (“Rakers”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.rakers.pk, submit an enquiry, or respond to our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, company name (if provided) and the details of your enquiry, when you fill in a form on this website, a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) lead form, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through server logs and, where used, cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, passwords or government identity numbers through this website.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations, layouts and proposals.
• To contact you about your project, including follow-up by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To deliver, install and provide after-sales service for products you order.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We only send you marketing messages if you have enquired with us or agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time (see section 7).

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Hostinger — website hosting and our business email (info@rakers.pk).
• FormSubmit — delivers enquiry-form submissions from this website to our email inbox.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — when you submit a lead form in our ads, or through the Meta Pixel if it is enabled on this website.
• WhatsApp — if you choose to chat with us on WhatsApp.
• Delivery, installation or engineering partners working on your order, and authorities where required by law.

These providers may process data on servers outside Pakistan under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies, Meta Pixel and advertising

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site, measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our website. The Meta Pixel may collect information such as the pages you view, the actions you take (for example, submitting an enquiry) and browser/device identifiers, and share it with Meta.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, manage your ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings, and read how Meta uses data in the Meta Privacy Policy. Blocking cookies will not stop the website from working.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet legal and accounting requirements — typically up to five years after our last contact. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

6. How we protect your information

Our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiry data is limited to authorised Rakers staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you,
• correct or update it,
• delete it (unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons), or
• stop sending you marketing messages.

To make a request, email info@rakers.pk with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
